A.V.Rengaraj the youngest son of Varadharajulu set the business rolling overseas as well, with the opening of the first retail outlet of Aiyappas Textiles in Dubai (UAE)in 1998. The success of the store inspired three more outlets in Dubai, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah (UAE). In March 2005, he opened a massive 22,000sq ft self owned and managed showroom in Trivandrum, the capital city of Kerala.
Aiyappas, has recently unveiled its first UK retail outlet in Leicester. Situated in Belgrave Road, in the midst of Leicester's famous Golden Mile, this store is the latest addition to the Company's string of successes in the UAE and India.
